Do you take a percentage of what we raise?
Never. We charge a flat fee, not a cut of each bid or donation. This is a product principle, not a temporary promotion.
What unlocks when we upgrade?
All Access removes the usage limits and unlocks unlimited auctions, items, bidders, donations, volunteer signups, newsletters, door fee ticketing, and Stripe Connect support.
Do we need Stripe to use MyGiveKit?
No. Many organizations use Venmo, checks, cash, or in-person collection. Stripe is optional for teams that want an online checkout path.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. The annual plan is $249/year, which saves $99 compared to monthly billing and fits organizations that fundraise across multiple seasons.
What happens after our free auction?
If MyGiveKit works for your team, you can upgrade to All Access for unlimited events. If not, you still keep access to your account and past event data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Your paid access continues through the current billing period, then your account falls back to the free tier with read-only access to past events.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available in read-only mode, and you can export it as CSV whenever you need it.
