We compare fee models, not vendors, because pricing changes and we won't put stale numbers in a rival's mouth. Check any platform's current pricing page and see which model it uses. One thing worth knowing: “free” platforms funded by donor tips aren't free either. Those tip screens come out of your community's generosity at checkout. MyGiveKit never shows your donors a tip ask.

How does the free plan work?
You can create your organization, set up events, add items, and preview the bidder experience at no cost. The free plan includes 1 live auction trial, plus limited access to donations, volunteers, and newsletters.
Do you take a percentage of what we raise?
Never. We charge a flat fee, not a cut of each bid or donation. This is a product principle, not a temporary promotion.
What unlocks when we upgrade?
All Access removes the usage limits and unlocks unlimited auctions, items, bidders, donations, volunteer signups, newsletters, door fee ticketing, and Stripe Connect support.
Do we need Stripe to use MyGiveKit?
No. Many organizations use Venmo, checks, cash, or in-person collection. Stripe is optional for teams that want an online checkout path.
How much does All Access cost?
All Access is one flat $299/year, under $25 a month, covering every event you run all year. There is no monthly plan and no per-event or percentage fees.
What happens after our free auction?
If MyGiveKit works for your team, you can upgrade to All Access for unlimited events. If not, you still keep access to your account and past event data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Your paid access continues through the current billing period, then your account falls back to the free tier with read-only access to past events.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available in read-only mode, and you can export it as CSV whenever you need it.
